Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is shipped, the cancellation request will not be accepted, and the standard return process will apply. To cancel an order, please email [email protected] with your order number.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy for our products. To be eligible for a return, the toy must be unused, in its original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories intact.

Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, or products explicitly marked as non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with a photograph of the damaged item and the unboxing video (if applicable). We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our Hyderabad facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (via our HDFC payment gateway) within 5-7 business days.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days across India | ₹100

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹599.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Undeliverable Packages

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
